Answer 01. [Option 1: Kesavananda Bharati Case]

Kesavananda Bharati Case is a landmark case where the Supreme Court defined the basic structure of the Indian Constitution. The judgement for this case was delivered on April 24, 1973.
The case is also known as the Fundamental Rights Case. The Supreme Court asserted its right to strike down amendments to the constitution that were in violation of the fundamental architecture of the constitution.
